摘  要:北方联合电力有限责任公司内蒙古上都发电有限责任公司660 MW超临界褐煤锅炉采用正压直吹式制粉系统。该电厂多次发生锅炉制粉系统爆燃事故,严重影响锅炉的安全稳定运行。原因分析表明,煤质的挥发分高、易自燃,冷风道、热风道容量偏差大,热风调门设计不合理造成频繁卡涩是制粉系统爆燃的主要原因。通过对设备进行改造及有效维护,该电厂再未发生类似事故,有效保证了锅炉的安全稳定运行。North United Power Co.,Ltd. hmer Mongolia Shangdu Power Generation Co., Ltd., with the 660 MW supercritical pulverized boiler which has used the positive directed pressure blowing coal-pulverizing system. However, the plant has occurred explosions of the coal-pulverizing system in operation for many times, which has affected the safe and stable operation of the boiler seriously. Analysis of the reason has showed that the coal's high points of volatile, easy spontaneous combustion, the capacity of cold channel and hot channel have a large deviation and the design flaws of the hot wind tone have resulted in the frequent jam are the main reasons for the fire explosion. Through the transformation and the effective maintenance of the devices, the plant did not occur similar incidents any more and has guaranteed the safe and stable operation of the unit effectively.
