摘　　要：通过对涉外医疗机构、外资企业和部分高校的实证调研,以定性和定量的方式分析了涉外医疗服务与人才队伍的现状及急待解决的问题,提出了相应的对策建议,以期进一步提升涉外医疗服务和人才队伍的水平。Through the empirical research on foreign medical institutions, foreign- funded enterprises and universities, foreign medical service personnel, especially the status quo and problems of foreign nursing talents, were studied with the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to further optimize the structure of foreign medical service personnel, also provides reference and empirical case support for the health in- dustry development.
