快速康复外科理念在结肠癌患者围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨在结肠癌患者围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念(FTS)的可行性和效果。方法:将2010年10月至2012年10月住院的45例结肠癌手术患者按收治顺序分为FTS组21例和对照组24例,比较2组患者术后恢复及并发症情况。结果:FTS组患者在术后排气时间、进流质时间、下地活动时间、住院总费用、术后住院时间及术后并发症等方面均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理措施在围手术期的灵活应用,可有效促进结肠癌患者术后的康复,减少并发症的发生。[ Objective] To investigate the effective of fast track- surgery（FTS） concept in perioperative nursing for colon can- r cer patients. [ Method] 45 colon cancer patients enrolled in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were randomly di- vided into PTS group（21 patients） and the control group （24 patients）. The difference in postoperative recovery and complica- tions of the two groups were analyzed. [ Result ] Compared with the control group, there were earlier first exhaust time, earlier liquid diet time, earlier out- of- bed activity, lower medical expense, shorter hospitalized period and fewer complications in PTS group; the difference was statistical significant （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] The application of FFS concept in perioperative nursing of colorectal cancer patients can effectively promote postoperative recovery of colon cancer patients and reduce postoper- ative complications.
