可视化健康教育对宫颈癌术后尿潴留的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察可视化健康教育对预防宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的效果。方法:将2012年7月至2013年7月在我院妇科住院行广泛性全子宫切除术加盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗的宫颈癌患者33例作为观察组,将2011年5月至2012年6月在我科行同类手术治疗的32例宫颈癌患者作为对照组。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施可视化健康教育,包括观看健康教育视频和直视盆底肌锻炼两方面内容,评价2组患者健康教育达标率和尿潴留发生率。结果:观察组33例患者中尿潴留有2例,对照组32例患者中尿潴留有9例,同时观察组患者健康知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:可视化健康教育降低宫颈癌术后尿潴留发生率,提高患者健康知识知晓率,值得临床推广。[ Objective] To observe the effect of visual health education on postoperative urinary retention in patients with cervical cancer. [Method] 33 cases of patients with cervical cancer admitted in the Deparanent of Gynecology of our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were underwent extensive panhysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection, who were considered as the ob- servation group; 32 cases of patients with cervical cancer admitted in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2012 were underwent similar surgeries, who were considered as the control group. The control group was given conventional health education, while the observation group was given visual health education, including watching health education videos and direct vision of pelvic floor muscle exercises. The content mastery of health education was evaluated in two groups, as well as the residual urine vol- ume and incidence rate of urinary retention after extubafion. [ Result ] Among 33 cases of patients in the observation group, there were two patients with urinary retention; while among 32 cases of patients in the control group, there were nine patients with urinary retention. Meanwhile, the awareness rate of health education related knowledge in the observation group was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Visual health education can improve the awareness rate of patient health edu- cation and patient compliance, promote the postoperative recovery of automatic micturition in patients with cervical cancer, and reduce the incidence of urinary retention. Meanwhile, Therefore, visual health education is worthy of promotion.
