摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理结合生物反馈治疗对身体康复期戒毒患者心理健康状态的影响。方法:将72例处在身体康复期的戒毒患者分为对照组(单纯心理护理)和观察组(心理护理结合生物反馈治疗),分别于治疗前以及治疗8周后,应用SCL-90量表进行测评,比较2组心理状况。结果:观察组SCL-90量表总分以及项目因子分的改善好于对照组,心理健康水平显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理结合生物反馈治疗对改善康复期戒毒患者的心理健康状态有积极作用。[ Objective] To investigate the effect of psychological nursing combined with biofeedback therapy on physical reha- bilitation patients with psychological health status of the drug. [ Method] 72 cases with detoxification were randomly divided in- to control group （ simple psychological nursing） and observation group （psychological nursing combined with biofeedback thera- py）, respectively. Before treatment, and after 8 weeks of treatment,SCL- 90 was applied to evaluate the psychological condi- tion in two groups. [ Result] In the observation group, the score of SCL - 90 scale and project factor score improved better than the control group and the level of mental health significantly increased, with significant difference compared with the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. [ Conelusion] Psychological nursing combined with biofeedback therapy has positive effect on improving the mental health status of patients with convalescent rehabilitation.
