摘　　要：在汽车整车生产过程中,冲压件会出现诸多缺陷,制约着汽车的外观品质及生产成本。车门门把手部位的表面质量问题,是各汽车厂面临的关键表面质量问题之一。本文通过对车门门把手部位表面质量问题的深入分析,查找问题出现的主要原因,给出了具体的整改措施,达到了提升冲压件表面质量,降低生产成本的目的。In the automobile vehicle production process, stamping parts will appear many defects, restricting the appearance quality of automobile and production cost. The problem for the door handle parts, is one of the key problems of the automobile factory. Through in-depth analysis of door handle parts surface problems, mainly to find the causes of the problems, given the specific reform measures, and improve surface quality of stamping parts, reducing the cost of production.
