摘　　要：近些年,社区体育运动开展中权利纠纷时常发生,以广场舞为代表,缺乏有效的管理与规制,体育权利与居民安居权利之间出现龃龉的情况,分析权利冲突的意涵,解释权利冲突的原因是解决路径提出的基础。统筹利用政府力量和社会力量,然后从立法、司法、社会三个层面,实现体育权利与居民安居权利的动态利益平衡。In recent years, right disputes frequently happen in community sports events and activities. Take square aance as an example： it lacks an effective organization, management, rules and system and as a result there often exist disputes between sports right and neighboring right. The solutions on such issues should be based on analyzing the essence of and explaining the causes of the disputes. The government＇s power and the society＇s power should be used as a whole so as to strike a dynamie interests balance between sports right and neighboring right on the levels of legislation, jurisdietion and society.
