民国时期女律师职业形象的塑造与实践

摘　　要：本文尝试从性别史的视角探究民国时期法律专业女性进入律师界的历史过程,以及她们在律师业内的职业发展,尤其是注意发掘上海地区以外女律师的形象与声音,从观察女性律师的性别认同、自我角色认知、职业角色定位、社会期待与观感出发,审视女性律师在性别意识与法律精英意识相互激荡影响之下,附丽于妇女解放运动的发展,是如何塑造以及实践法律职业形象的。From the perspective of gender history, this paper tries to explore the historical process of professional developments, images and voices of those female lawyers in the Republic of China, especially those outside of Shanghai. Through the observation of their gender identity, self - awareness, professional position, and social expectations, the author expects to find out how these female lawyers were affected by the mutual interactions between gender awareness and legal elite awareness, how they were attached to the development of the women＇s liberation movement, and how they shaped and practiced their legal professional images.
