摘　　要：本文基于信息化为核心的新工业革命的时代背景,从"社会变革总和"的高度,生产力与生产关系协调发展的深度,时空特性的广度,研究中国特色新型工业化"特"在哪里、"新"在何处、"化"在何方。以经济、社会与人文耦合的工业化发展目标,引领中国特色新型工业化发展方向;立足于工业化当前所处的时代背景,化解中国特色工业化发展的"三大难点";着眼于生产关系自适应化生产力,从"六化融合"解决新型工业化关键问题;以"实体资源虚拟化、虚拟资源实体化"打破固化的工业化资源利用范畴和方式,实现实体资源与虚拟资源在工业化中共生融合;依据创新中心化路径,通过"两种保障"方式实现工业化。中国特色新型工业化的"化"归根结底是人文化,实现经济、社会和人文的同步协调发展,引领人类现代文明达到新的历史高度。This paper is based on the background of new industrial revolution with the core of informatization. It looks into the specialty, the novelty and the transformation of new industrialization with Chinese characteristics from the height of the total social changes, the depth of coordinate development of productive forces and relations of production and the length of history characteristics. It aims at industrial development with ＇the coupling of economy, society and the humanity, which leads the direction of development of new industrialization with Chinese characteristics. It stands on the background of the current industrialization, solves ＇three difficulties＇ of the development of industrialization with Chinese characteristics. It focuses on relations of production auto adapting to productive forces and solves the key point of new-type industrialization with ＇six mergings＇. It realizes the combination of material resources and virtual resources in industrialization by breaking the rigid utilization scope and method of industrial resources through ＇the materialization of virtual resources＇ and ＇the virtualization of material resources＇. It brings about industrialization though ＇two protections＇ based on the path of centralization of innovation. The transformation of new industrialization with Chinese eharacteristics is humanization after all. It is the realization of coordinate development of economy, sociality and humanity and the leading of human modem civilization to a new historical peak.
