摘　　要：阐述中压系统中性点经低电阻接地后,中压系统接地故障保护的设置及上、下级选择性,电压互感器的接线,避雷器及电缆的选型,低压系统的接地型式选择,浪涌保护器安装等问题。The paper presents the following questions in the medium voltage system which earths through low impedance . They include: protection and optionality between two levels while earthing breakdowns, connection of voltage transformer, the type-selecting of arresters and cables, the choice of earthing system type and the setting of surge protective device.
