城镇化下多元投资主体战略联盟动态博弈研究——帕累托有效协同视角

摘　　要：城镇化是解决三农问题、经济结构不合理,以及内需不足等问题的重要手段,是拉动我国未来经济增长的引擎。阐述了城镇化多元投资主体战略联盟的本质,分析了城镇化多元投资主体战略联盟的运行模式,以帕累托有效协同为基础,构建了多元投资主体战略联盟的动态博弈模型。结果表明:战略联盟可以有效解决城镇化资金不足的问题,有效激励各投资主体合作开展城镇化建设。最后,从转变政府职能、激励监督机制、投资合作的渠道和途径、外部风险四方面提出了构建多元投资主体战略联盟的对策建议。Urbanization is the important method of solving agriculture, countryside and farmers, irrational eco- nomic structure and insufficient domestic demand. It also is the engine of stimulating the future economic growth in our country. This paper defines the strategic alliance of multivariate investment, and introduces its＇ mode. The pa- per builds model of dynamic games from the aspect of pareto effective coordination. The results show that strategic alliance can solve the problem of lack of funds, stimulate the coordination of the multivariate investment effectively. Fianlly, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of building strategic alliance of multivariate in- vestment from the four aspects of the governmet function, incentive and supervision mechanism, cooperation chan- nels and ways, and external risk.
