摘 要:理财产品市场中的金融消费者保护问题日益受到业界和学术界的广泛关注,在此背景下,对理财产品设计者与产品销售中介的行为选择及金融消费者保护的制度设置构建理论模型。通过模型求解,体现理财产品市场金融消费者保护制度设置的重要性和必要性,分析制度约束下理财产品设计者与销售中介的最优行为选择,得出市场整体福利最大化水平下金融消费者保护最优制度设置。Studies on consumer protection in the financial product markets have increasingly got attention by the financial industry and academia. Under such backgrounds, this article builds theoretical models on behavior choices of financial product designers and sales intermediaries, and on system settings of financial consumer protec- tion. Through the model - solving, importance and necessity of financial consumer protection system settings is to reflect. This article also analyzes the best behavior choices of financial product designers and sales intermediaries under the system constraints, and deduces the best system settings of financial consumer protection under the maxi- mization of the markets' overall benefit level.
