摘　　要：新世纪之初,面对我国经济社会发展不协调的现实,党中央提出了科学发展观,明确要求要统筹经济社会发展,10多年来,为促进经济社会协调发展,党和政府实施了一系列重大举措,取得了明显成效。当前,我国经济社会发展中社会发展水平不高、相关领域改革仍不到位等影响经济社会协调发展的问题还很突出。与此同时,我国已进入全面建成小康社会的关键时期和深化各项改革的攻坚阶段,进一步统筹经济社会发展面临的形势相当严峻,任务十分艰巨,其要求更高,难度也更大。为此,要继续加大统筹发展的力度,大力发展各项社会事业,进一步改善民生,加快推进事业单位改革和政府职能转变等,努力推动我国经济社会不断协调发展,确保全面建成小康社会目标顺利实现。At the beginning of the 21st century, in the face of discordant reality of China＇s economic and social development, the CPC Central Committee put forward Scientific Outlook on Development and clearly requested to coordinate economic and social development and so on. In the past 10 years, in order to promote the coordinated development of economy and society, the Party and the government have implemented a series of major measures and obtained apparent effect. Currently, there are some prominent problems affecting the coordinated development of economy and society, including that the level of social development in China＇s economic and social development is not high and the reform of related areas is still not in place, and at the same time, China enters into a critical period of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and a crucial stage of continuing to deepen various reform. The situation for further coordinated economic and social development is still relatively grim, the task is very difficult and its requirements are higher and harder. For these reasons, we have to continue to increase the intensity of coordinating development, vigorously develop various social undertakings, further improve the people＇s livelihood, accelerate advancing public institutions reform and the transformation of government functions, to promote coordinated economic and social development, and thus to ensure the smooth realization of the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
