摘　　要：大学具有以批判精神为核心价值的权利性格,知识分子作为大学权利性格的承载者和践行者,其批判精神内发于求真向善的道德认知,外化为维护公共权利的道德实践。知识分子敢于向权力言说真理,关涉社会价值秩序和人类生存样式的重构,以"牛虻"般的批判精神促使个人和社会不断地自我省察。当下,人文知识的衰落、专业和体制的规训造成了知识分子批判精神的式微,象牙塔内的纯粹理论者逐渐遗失了知识分子原初的意向性意义。University has the character of right, which takes critical spirit as the core values. As the bearer and practitioner of university right, intellectual＇ s critical spirit occurs within moral cognition and outside in practice. Intellectuals dare to say truth to the power, and care the order of social value and the reconstruction of human existence. Taking ＂gad- fly＂ as the critical spirit, intellectuals promote personal and social constant self-examination. However, the decadence of humanities, professionalism and institutionalism make their critical spirit decline. Pure theorists in ivory tower have lost their original significance gradually
