摘  要:以生活中常见的保温水壶外壳为例,利用Moldfl ow软件对保温水壶外壳成型过程进行模拟分析,根据模拟结果指导注塑模设计。该模具抽芯机构设计复杂,包含5种抽芯脱模机构:上内螺纹抽芯机构、外螺纹抽芯机构、下内螺纹抽芯机构、大侧滑块抽芯机构和内凸台抽芯机构,重点分析了上内螺纹抽芯机构、外螺纹抽芯机构、下内螺纹抽芯机构。为配合5大抽芯机构功能的实现,设有3个分型面,通过多种限位机构实现开模顺序。实践证明,模具设计结构紧凑、合理,产品质量符合要求。Through using Moldflow to analyze the thermal insulation kettle shell we can find in our daily life, the mould design was guided according to the final result. The design of mould core pulling mechanism is complex which contains five kinds of core pulling stripping mechanism : the upper internal thread core pulling mechanism, the external thread core pulling mechanism, the lower internal thread core pulling mechanism, the large side slider core pulling mechanism and the boss core pulling mechanism. The upper internal thread core pulling mechanism, the external thread core pulling mechanism and the lower internal thread core pulling mechanismit were analysed. In order to achieve the fimctions of the five mechanisms, the three sub-surfaces were designed, the mould opening sequence was achieved by means of various limiting mechanisms. Practice proves that the design of the mould structure is compact and reasonable, the quality of products meets the requirements.
