摘 要:采用十八伯胺液相改性蒙脱土(MMT)制备有机蒙脱土(OMMT),以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)为增容剂,通过熔融挤出法制备聚丙烯(PP)/PP-g-MAH/OMMT复合材料。力学性能测试表明,PP/PP-g-MAH/OMMT复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度均比纯PP有所提高。采用偏光显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和动态热机械分析(DMA)仪对复合材料进行了分析。偏光显微镜和XRD分析结果显示,加入OMMT和PP-g-MAH可减小PP晶体尺寸、降低了晶体有序程度但并不改变晶体类型;SEM分析结果显示,加入PP-g-MAH使OMMT和PP基体结合更紧密,提高了二者的相容性;DMA结果表明,PP/PP-g-MAH/OMMT复合材料的玻璃化转变温度比纯PP的低,储能模量在小于80℃时比纯PP的高,而在大于80℃后比纯PP的低。Organic montmorillonite(OMMT) was achieved using octadecylamine as the modifying agent to modify montmorillonite by liquid-phase modification. Polypropylene (PP) / maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH) / OMMT composites were prepared using the melt mixing technique and employing PP-g-MAH as the compatibilizer. The mechanical property tests show the tensile strength, ftexural strength and impact strength of the composites are improved comparing with pure PP. The structures and properties of the composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), polarizing microscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). Polarizing microscopy and XRD analysis results show that the crystal sizes of the composites decrease and crystal is incomplete comparing with pure PP, but the crystal classification is unchanged. SEM results indicate that the addtion of PP-g-MAH increases the interracial bonding force between PP and OMMT, results in improving the compatibility of them. DMA tums out that comparing with pure PP, the glass transition temperature of the composites decrease, the composites have the higher storage modulus below 80 ℃ but the lower storage modulus above 80 ℃.
