摘　　要：格氏试剂是有机合成中最常用的试剂之一,因其具有良好的反应性质而成为国内外持续活跃的研究热点。近年来格氏试剂在合成、应用方面得到了快速发展,尤其在有机反应高效的立体选择性、区域选择性及对映选择性等方面较为突出。综述了格氏试剂的合成、活性调节及选择性反应的研究新进展,并予以展望。Grignard reagent is one of the most commonly used reagent in the organic synthesis. Researches on this aspect have drawn a continuous attention clue to the unique and diverse reactivity of this type reagent. In recent years, it has experienced a fast development of this reagent in the synthesis and applications, especially with regard to the achievements of highly efficient stereoselectivity,regioselectivity, and enantios- electivity in organic reactions. This review focuses on the up-dated progress of the Grignard reagent.
