摘 要:以聚合硫酸铁、次氯酸钠、氢氧化钠为原料制备了Fe(Ⅵ)溶液,考察了反应温度、反应时间、物料比对Fe(Ⅵ)溶液浓度的影响。获得了优化工艺条件:反应温度是30℃,反应时间为60 min,n(NaClO)∶n(Fe2(SO4)3)=3.4∶1,n(NaOH)∶n(Fe2(SO4)3)=24∶1。在此条件下,Fe(Ⅵ)溶液的浓度为0.092 9 mol/L。Fe(Ⅵ)溶液对剩余污泥进行氧化预处理,污泥中有机物的浓度MLVSS随着Fe(Ⅵ)溶液投量的增大而下降,同时污泥的脱水程度也得到改善。Ferrate ( Ⅵ ) solution was prepared with sodium hypochlorite, polymeric ferric sulfate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials. Effects of the reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ration of reactants on the concentration of Fe ( Ⅵ ) solution have been studied. The optimal reaction conditions were 24:1 of the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to polymeric ferric sulfate,3.4:1 of the molar ratio of sodium hypochlorite to polymeric ferric sulfate at 30 ℃ for 60 min. Under these conditions, the concentration of Fe ( Ⅵ ) solution is 0. 092 9 mol/L. Ferrate( Ⅵ ) was used as the oxidant for the pretreatment of the excess sludge ( ES), it can make concentration of organic matter in the sludge (MLVSS) went down and sludge dewatering extent improved.
