高纯三溴化硼的制备

摘　　要：采用实验室自制装置，以工业硼粉作为实验原料，高纯铝作为脱溴剂，经酸洗、溴化、脱溴、分馏4个步骤成功制备了高纯三溴化硼液体，纯度达到99．9999％以上。研究了溴化温度（600—850℃）对合成产物纯度的影响。结果表明，对比不同溴化温度下的合成产物，750℃下获得的三溴化硼纯度最高，纯度为99．999986％。Using industrial boron powder as experimental material,high purity aluminum as the dehromination agent, high purity boron tribromide was prepared successfu, lly after pickling, bmmination, debromination, fractionation by serf-made device,the purity is above 99. 999 9%. Effect of brominated temperature（600 - 850 ℃ ） on the purity of product BBr3 was investigated. The results show that the purity of BBr3 is highest when brominated temperature is 750 ℃, the purity is 99. 999 986%.
