摘　　要：[目的]研究高山和赤霉素处理对杂交兰(Hybrid Cymbidium)开花的影响,为其花期调控提供参考。[方法]以玉女杂交兰为材料。在惠州市象头山(海拔约600 m)进行高山处理;赤霉素浓度分别为50、200、400、600和800 mg/L,以清水为对照。[结果]花芽分化后,赤霉素和高山处理均可明显促进玉女杂交兰花序的生长,使花期提早,败花率降低;赤霉素处理可使玉女杂交兰的花朵变大,高山处理可使花横径明显增大。[结论]赤霉素和高山处理均可以调控杂交兰花期,但利用赤霉素调控杂交兰的花期时应注意处理浓度和时间,防止对花朵性状产生不利影响。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effects of the treatments of planting on the hill and gibberellin on flowering of hybrid Cymbid- ium, and provide a reference for its florescence regulation. [ Method] The Cymbidium ＇ YuNv＇ was taken as experimental material. The treat- ment of planting on the hill was carried out in Elephant Trunk Hill of Huizhou City, which altitude was about 600 m ; gibberellin concentration was 50,200,400,600,800 mg/L, resp. , taking clear water as control. [ Result] The treatments of gibberellin and planting on the hill dis- tinctly promoted the growth rate of inflorescence of Cymbidium ‘YuNv＇ , advanced its florescence and reduced its failure rate of flower. Gibberellin treatment made the flowers of Cymbidium ‘ YuNv＇ bigger, and the treatment of planting on the hill made the transverse diameter of flowers bigger. [ Conclusion] The treatments of gibberellin and planting on the hill both regulate the florescence of hybrid Cymbidium, while it is necessary to pay attention to the concentration and using time of gibberellin, to prevent to come out adverse impacts on flower traits.
