摘 要:[目的]研究两口对虾地膜精养池营养盐的时空差异状况。[方法]在两口对虾地膜精养池投放一定密度虾苗,选取不同时间段和取样点取水样,检测地膜精养池中营养盐的时空差异变化。[结果]虾池水质中磷酸盐、硝酸氮、亚硝酸氮、氨氮含量的平均值分别为0.369、0.393、0.775、0.525 mg/L,均已经超过了富营养化的阈值,试验过程中均呈持续上升趋势,其中硝酸氮和氨氮到了后期有所缓和;整个养殖过程中,垂直方向上各水层的营养盐差异不显著,而在水平方向上部分区域的营养盐则差异显著(P<0.05),且各区域的营养盐含量大小排列顺序是C区>D区>B区>A区。[结论]该研究为科学调控水质、降低养殖过程中的自身污染提供理论指导。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the spatial and temporal differences of the nutrients in two film intensive cultivation shrimp ponds. [ Method] In two film intensive cultivation shrimp ponds put a certain density shrimp,the water samples were selected in differ- ent time period and sampling point, the spatial and temporal differences of the nutrients were tested in film intensive cultivation shrimp ponds. [ Result ] The content of phosphate, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen of water quality were 0. 369 ,0. 393 ,0. 775,0.525 mg/L, which were more than the threshold of eutrophication and showed a continuing upward trend during the experiment, and nitrate nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen were eased in late culture period. In entire breeding process, the nutrients differences of each water layer were not signif- icant in the vertical direction,while the nutrients in the part of region in the horizontal direction were significant (P 〈 0.05 ), and size of the order of the regional area were C 〉 D 〉 B 〉 A . [ Conclusion] The study provides the theoretical guidance for the regulation of water quality in science and reduce the own pollution of the breeding process.
