摘 要:[目的]为提高蛇鳄龟的繁殖力,增加苗种供应。[方法]从引进的蛇鳄龟稚龟中进行个体选育,获得2000只亲龟,于2012年5月~2013年10月开展蛇鳄龟生态产卵与控温孵化技术的初步研究。[结果]2012年亲龟产卵率86.0%,受精率81.0%,孵化率89.0%;2013年亲龟产卵率95.0%,受精率92.0%,孵化率96.5%。[结论]该试验为蛇鳄龟在当地的养殖与技术推广提供了依据。[ Objective] To improve the fecundity of chelydraser pentina and increase seed supply. [ Method ] There were 2000 pro turtles by individualized breeding from the introduction of chelydraser pentina hatchlings, the ecological spawning and temperature control incubation technology of Chelydraser pentina were studied preliminarily in May 2012 -October 2013. [ Result] In 2012 ,the spawning rate of pro turtles was 86.0%, the fertilization rate was 81.0% ,the hatching rate was 89.0% ;in 2013 ,the spawning rate of pro turtles was 95.0%, the fertili- zation rate was 92.0% ,the hatching rate was 96.5%. [ Conclusion] The trial provides the basis for the farming and technology promotion of the chelydraser pentina at local.
