摘 要:选择大豆主产区黑龙江省西部盐碱土壤,以转BADH基因大豆和非转基因大豆亲本(简称为亲本)为材料,在大豆苗期、花期、结荚期、鼓粒期和成熟期分别取样,研究转基因大豆对根际微生物量的影响。结果表明,转BADH基因大豆对根际微生物量碳无显著影响,能够促进大豆生育后期(结荚期、鼓粒期和成熟期)土壤微生物量氮含量,对微生物量碳氮比的影响存在时期差异。转BADH基因大豆对土壤微生物量无显著不良影响。In order to investigate the effects of transgenic soybean on the rhizospheric microbial biomass,transgenic betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase (abbreviated to BADH) gene soybean, non-transgenic soybean and wild soybean were used as materials in the western saline-alkali soil of Heilongjiang province. Samples were taken at the seedling stage, flowering stage, pod stage ,filling stage and mature stage. The results showed that transgenic soybean promote the microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN) in the later stages, including the pod, filling and mature stages, while there was no remarkable effect on the microbial biomass carbon (MBC). Effect of transgenic soybean on ratio of MBC to MBN had variations at different growth stages. Transgenic soybean had no remarkable negative effects on the microbial biomass
