摘 要:以黑农65、黑农44、绥农29大豆品种为材料,研究了在不同程度干旱胁迫下,大豆苗期可溶性糖、蔗糖、果糖含量的变化,以及蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)和蔗糖合成酶(SS)的活性变化。结果显示:随着干旱胁迫的加强,可溶性糖含量显著升高,且呈先升高后降低趋势,蔗糖含量显著降低,果糖含量显著升高,酶类物质的活性逐渐降低。不同品种之间受干旱影响差异显著,其中黑农44受干旱影响最大。同一品种不同部位之间受干旱影响程度为叶>柄>茎。The content of soluble sugar, sucrose and fructose, as well as the enzyme activities of sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) and sucrose synthase (SS) of soybean seedlings under different drought stress conditions were investigated by using Heinong 65, Heinong 44 and Suinong 29 as experimental materials. The results showed that : along with the strengthening of drought stress, the content of soluble sugar significantly increased and there was a trend of firstly increasing and then decreasing, the content of sucrose significantly decreased, the content of fructose significantly increased, enzyme activities gradually decreased. There were significant variations among different vari- eties affected by drought stress, which Heinong 44 was affected maximum. For different parts of the same variety, the injuring level was as following : leaf 〉 leaf stalk 〉 stem.
