26例狼疮肾炎患者合并妊娠的妊娠结局分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮合并狼疮肾炎患者妊娠的结局。方法:对26例狼疮性肾炎妊娠时的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:26例患者28例次妊娠中25例次在孕期中(特别是孕中晚期)出现不同程度病情加重,妊娠前LN稳定组妊娠结局较妊娠前病情活动组好,两组比较P<0.05。结论:LN患者妊娠前疾病活动容易发生妊娠不良结局。LN病情缓解1年以上,免疫抑制剂停用半年以上,正确及规范用药可获得较好的妊娠结局。Objective： To investigate the pregnancy outcome of patients combined systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） with lupus nephritis （LN）. Methods： The clinical data of 26 cases of LE patients in pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 25 case-time of patients during pregnancy （especially in the middle and late pregnant period） among the 26 patients in the 28 case-time of pregnancies showed varying degrees of illness exacerbations,the pregnancy outcome of the LN stable group before pregnancy was better than that of the diseas activity group,P〈0.05. Conclusion： LN patients of disease activity before pregnancy are prone to occuring poor pregnancy outcomes.More than 1 year remission of LN, 6 months of deactivation of immunosuppressive agents,and correct and standardized medications have achieved better pregnancy outcomes.
