400例肛肠外科疾病留观患者统计分析

摘　　要：目的：对肛肠外科疾病留观患者进行统计，了解肛肠外科疾病留观患者的特性。方法对本院2011年1月至2012年12月收治的肛肠外科疾病患者400例进行统计分析、并对患者心理进行评估。结果肛肠疾病由高到低依次为痔疮161例、肛周脓肿77例、肛裂69例、肛瘘56例、肿瘤19例和其他18例。其中女性痔疮为91例，高于男性70例（χ2＝5．38，P＜0．05）；女性肛裂为25例，低于男性44例（χ2＝6．04，P＜0．05）；不同年龄肛肠疾病由高到低依次为45～59岁170例、60岁～141例、25～44岁82例、15～24岁7例。其中45～59岁人群中肿瘤（30例）和肛瘘（12例）较多，均高于15～24岁和25～44岁（χ2＝5．47，5．86，P＜0．05），且痔疮高于15～24岁人群但是低于25～44岁人群（χ2＝6．11，5.90，P＜0．05）；45～59岁人群痔疮、肿瘤和肛瘘均高于15～24岁人群（χ2＝6．05，5．92，5．87，P＜0．05）；25～44岁人群痔疮和肛裂均高于15～24岁人群（χ2＝6．13，5．98，P＜0．05）；女性抑郁、恐惧和焦虑分别为3．51±1．06、4．48±1．20和4.11±1．07，均高于男性（t＝4．57，5．23，5．61，P＜0．05）；60岁～抑郁、恐惧和焦虑分别为4．43±1．25、4．51±1．19和4．38±1.28，均高于15～24岁和25～44岁（t＝6．50，5．33，5．52，P＜0．05）；45～59岁在抑郁、恐惧和焦虑等均高于15～24岁人群，且抑郁高于15～24岁人群（t＝4．38，5．17，4．92，P＜0．05）。结论痔疮、肛周脓肿、肛裂、肛瘘等是主要肛肠疾病，主要发生在中老年；抑郁、恐惧和焦虑等方面，女性高于男性，年长者高于年轻者。Objective The patients of the department of anus ＆intestine surgery were analyzed on their characteristic. Methods 400 patients of the department of anus ＆intestine surgery in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were evaluated the patients psychology on the gender and age of patients.Results The anorectal diseases from high to low were hem-orrhoids 161, perianal abscess 77, anal fissure 69, anal fistula 56, tumor 19 and the others 18.The female hemorrhoids was 91, higher than that of the male 70 （χ2=5.38,P〈0.05）;Anal fissure of female was 25, lower than that of the male 44 （χ2=6.04, P〈0.05）.Different age anorectal diseases from high to low were 45~59 years old 170, 60 years old^141, 25~44 years old 82, 15~24 years old 7.The tumor （30 case）and anal fistula （12 case） of 45~59 years old were higher than those of 15~24 years and 25~44 years old（χ2=5.47,5.86,P〈0.05）.Hemorrhoids were higher than that of 15~24 year olds but lower than that of 25~44 group （χ2=6.11,5.90,P〈0.05）;The hemorrhoids, anal and cancer of 45~59 group were higher than that of 15~24 year old group （χ2=6.05,5.92,5.87,P〈0.05）;hemorrhoids and anal fissure of 25~44 group were higher than those of 15~24 years old （χ2=6.13,5.98,P〈0.05）.The depression, fear and anxiety of female were 3.51 ±1.06, 4.48 ±1.20 and 4.11 ±1.07, higher than that of the male （t=4.57,5.23,5.61,P〈0.05）;Depression, fear and anxiety of 60 years old^were 4.43 ±1.25, 4.51 ±1.19 and 4.38 ±1.28, were higher than those of 15~24 years old and 25~44 years old （ t=6.50, 5.33,5.52,P〈0.05）;Depression,fear and anxiety of 45~59 years old were significantly higher than those 15~24 years old, and depression is higher than that of 25~44 group （t=4.38,5.17,4.92,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hemorrhoids, anal fistula, a-nal fissure, is the main anorectal diseases, mainly occurs in the elderly; depression, fear and anxiety of women and older than those of men and the young .
