E0级地板用MUF胶应用性能研究

摘　　要：推广E0级地板用MUF胶过程中,进行补充试验发现：用NH4Cl（0.5％～ 1.0％）和H3PO4（0.3％～0.5％）复合固化剂的MUF胶压制的胶合板甲醛释放量比用单一NH4Cl（0.8％～1.0％）或单一H3PO4（0.5％）为固化剂的MUF胶低,均符合E0级;采用复合固化剂的MUF胶涂胶预压后,陈放1～24h均可生产胶合强度符合要求的E0级胶合板;用F/U m.r.1.40,F/（U＋M）m.r.1.11、M/MUF 14.2％的MUF胶生产的实木地板基材胶合板3d送检甲醛释放量0.3mg/L,11d送检甲醛释放量0.1mg/L,胶合强度、浸渍剥离合格.When the production technique of MUF resin for E0 degree board was transferred,the additional test revealed that the formaldehyde emission of plywood bonded with the MUF resin using NH4Cl （0.5%～1.0%）and H3PO4 （0.3%～0.5%） as composite curing agent was less than the formaldehyde emission of plywood bonded with the MUF resin using single NH4Cl （0.8%～1.0%） or single H3PO4 （0.5%） as curing agent.After glued by the composite curing agent and prepressed,laid for 1～24h,the bond strength of the plywood could meet the requirement of type Ⅱ plywood （〉0.7MPa）.The formaldehyde emission of plywood bonded with the MUF resin with 14.2% melamine （base on MUF resin） and F/（U＋M） molar ratio being 1.11（F/U molar ratio 1.40） was 0.3mg/L after 3 days and 0.1mg/L after 11 days,and the bond strength and soaking peel could meet the requirement of flooring board.
