摘　　要：目的:探讨颈部寰枢关节常规张口位X线摄片方法与影像对比分析。材料与方法:回顾分析我院2008年至2012年,颈部寰枢关节张口位X线摄片影像对比83例。结果:83例患者中,30例寰枢关节显示清晰,无骨质重叠遮挡,其中24例发现骨折,21例寰枢关节与上门齿及枕骨下缘完全重叠,18例寰枢关节与枕骨重叠,14例寰枢关节与上门齿重叠。结论:寰枢关节能否清晰显示不仅取决于标准的摄片体位,还取决于患者自身的生理解剖结构,两者缺一不可。Purpose： Discussion on some new methods of conventional X-ray for the atlanto-axial joint mouth opening. Materials and Methods： A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2008 to 2012, to contrast 83 cases of the atlantoaxial joint mouth. Results ： In 83 patients, 30 cases of atlanto-axial joint display clear, no overlapping bone block, of which 24 patients were found fractures, 21 cases of atlanto-axial joint and upper incisors with the lower edge of occipital completely overlap, 18 cases of atlanto-axial joint and occipital overlap, 14 cases of atlanto-axial joint and upper incisors overlap. Conclusion： Atlanto-axial joint can clearly show not only depend on the standard radiography position, also depends on the patient＇s own physiological anatomy, both are indispensable.
