摘　　要：分析了石灰窑窑壳发红的原因,并制定了应对措施,通过选择合适的压入泥浆对石灰窑进行整体灌浆处理,大大降低了窑壳表面温度,解决了窑壳发红问题,消除了生产安全隐患,同时窑内温度有小幅提高,日产量提升明显,达到设计产能水平。The reason of the lime kilns shell redness is analyzed,and the lime kiln overall grouting processing by selecting the appropriate injection mortar is developed.After treatment,the kiln shell surface temperature is greatly reduced.The problem of kiln shell redness is resolved and the safety hazard is removed.While the kiln temperature is improved slightly.The daily production is increased dramatically and reaches the design production level.
