台车式钢管热处理炉改造效果分析

摘　　要：针对台车式热处理炉温度均匀性不佳的现状及其对钢管热处理质量性能的影响,分析了产生的原因,提出了改造方案。改造后经测试:炉温均匀性大幅提高,完全能够满足公司目前对钢管热处理工艺要求,同时热处理性能稳定,达到了改造的目的。Aiming at the poor temperature uniformity situation and its influence on the steel tube heat treatment quality performance,the causes are analyzed and thereformation scheme are proposed.The test after the reformation shows that,the furnace temperature uniformity is highly improved,which is fully able to meet currently company＇s technical requirements of steel tube heat treatment,meanwhile the heat treatment performance is stable,and the reformation objective is achieved.
