大肠杆菌菌毛油乳剂苗的实验研究

摘　　要：利用加热法对一株用牛心琼脂培养的当地产肠毒素性大肠杆菌 (ETEC)进行了宿主特异性菌毛的提取 ,并用该菌毛制成的油乳剂苗进行了家兔免疫试验。用甘露糖抵抗血凝反应 (MRHA)及血凝抑制试验 (HI)检测了菌毛的表达效果及抗体含量。结果显示 ,菌毛的血凝价为 1∶5 12 ,抗体滴度为 1∶6 4。One strain of enterotoxigenic E.coli(ETEC) was cultured on the bovine cor agar from locality.The host-specific fimbriae was extracted from ETEC by heating and the oil adjuvant vaccine was produced for an immunologic test on a rabbit.It was examined that the effect of expression and content of antibody by mannose-resistant hemagglutination(MRHA) and hemagglutination inhibition(HI).The result showed that hemagglutinating unit of host-specific fimbriae was 1∶512 and valence of antibody was 1∶64.
