摘  要:以乙酸和乙二醇乙醚为原料合成乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,选用活性高的硫酸钛做催化剂,通过单因素实验,得到了适宜的合成条件为:加料量以乙二醇乙醚0.2 mol计,m(硫酸钛)∶m(乙二醇乙醚)=0.055,n(乙酸)∶n(乙二醇乙醚)=1.5∶1,环己烷用量15 mL,加热温度130℃,反应时间3 h。在该条件下,乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯收率达99%,选择性达100%;产品采用IR、1HNMR等对其结构进行了表征;催化剂重复使用5次仍保持较高活性;采用TPD对硫酸钛进行了表征。With titanium sulfate of high activity as catalyst, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate was synthesized from ethylene glycol monoethyl ether and acetic acid. The proper conditions for the synthesis were obtained by a single factor experiment. Based on O. 2 tool ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, the optimum conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of titanium sulfate/ethylene glycol monoethyl ether being 0. 055 : 1, the molar ratio of acetic acid/ethylene glycol monoethyl ether being 1.5:1 ,the amount of cyclohexane being 15 mL,reaction temperature being 130 ℃, and reaction time being 3 h. Such optimal conditions give the highest yield of 99% and selectivity of 100% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate. Its structure was confirmed by IR,^1HNMR, and the catalyst still has high activity after being reused for five times. Titanium sulfate was characterized by means of XRD and TPD.
