超声冲洗联合银离子敷料治疗重度压疮的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声冲洗联合银离子敷料治疗重度压疮的临床效果。方法将42例压疮患者(74处压疮)随机分为2组,分别采用超声冲洗联合银离子敷料和传统创面清创联合银离子敷料治疗重度压疮,并对两组患者压疮创面清创时间、创面局部症状消退时间及整体治疗效果进行比较。结果实验组患者压疮治疗效果、创面清创时间与创面局部症状消退时间明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声冲洗联合银离子敷料治疗重度压疮效果好。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic irrigation combined silver ions dressing in patients with severe pressure sore. Method：74 cases with severe pressure sore were randomly divided into 2 groups. The two groups were treated by ultrasonic irrigation combined silver ions dressing and traditional debridement combined silver ions dressing respectively. The debridement time,the symptoms subside time and the holistic treating effects were compared at the end of the experiment. Result：The holistic treating effects,the debridement time and the symptoms subside time in the experi-mental group were significant better than the control group（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：The ultrasonic irrigation combined sil-ver ions dressing is more effective in the treatment of severe pressure sore.
