牛奶蛋白质含量快速检测试纸的研制与开发

摘　　要：目的：设计一种方便快捷地检测牛奶蛋白质含量的方法。方法利用硫酸铜，EDTA-2Na，甘氨酸、增色剂等配制成复合试剂，浸润试纸，干燥后便得到快速检测牛奶蛋白的试纸。结果将牛奶滴加在检测是纸上显色后与比色卡对比就可确定其蛋白质的含量，根据检测数据就可判断牛奶的好坏。结论快速蛋白质检测试纸，其检测蛋白浓度范围是0.5%~3.5%，方便快捷，易于操作，具有较理想的检测结果、良好的市场前景和应用开发价值。Objective：to quickly and efficiently test the content of protein contained in milk. Methods：EDTA-2Na in the copper sulfate,according to a certain standard,glycine and hyperchromic agent mixture,dip test paper,test paper can be further rapid detection of milk protein. Results the milk dripped on the detection paper color and color contrast ratio can be determined the contents of protein,according to testing data can judge the quality of milk. Conclusion the detection con-centration range is 0% ~3. 5%,convenient and quick,easy operation,high accuracy,it appears,is just to make up for the gap,with the development and application prospect in the market value of the good.
