摘　　要：目的探讨半翼基因(wings apart-like,Wapl)蛋白在实验鼠粗线期的卵细胞中联会复合体(synaptonemal complex,SC)的表达位置。方法从受孕18.5d胎鼠的卵巢中分离出处于粗线期的卵细胞,然后用抗-联合复合体蛋白2(anti-synaptonemal complex protein 2,SYCP2)和抗-Wapl蛋白进行双免疫染色。结果 SYCP2和Wapl在所检查粗线期的卵细胞位置重叠。结论 Wapl可能是粗线期卵细胞SC的一部分。Objective In order to analyze the correlation of the wings apart-like （Wapl） protein and the synaptonemal complex （SC） of pachytene oocytes. Methods The pachytene oocytes were isolated from foetal mice ovaries at 18. 5d and double immunostained with anti-synaptonemal complex protein2 （SYCP2） and anti-Wapl. Results In the pachytene oocytes examined, mouse Wapl was colocalized with SYCP2 on the SC. Conclusion Wapl may be a part of pachytene oocyte SC.
