城市地下空间开发利用初探

摘　　要：目前中国城市地下空间的开发数量快速增长,体系不断完善,但是我国城市地下空间的开发利用仍然存在一些问题亟待解决。本文基于对某城市地下空间开发利用现状的调查分析,指出该市地下空间开发利用存在规划滞后、孤立开发、功能单一等问题。随后借鉴国内外地下空间开发利用的先进经验,依据该市社会经济发展实际状况,从总体思路、布局形态、开发内容等三方面提出其地下空间开发利用的初步构想。最后得出城市地下空间开发利用的一般性结论:应基于城市良好的地形、地质条件进行地下空间的开发;要从城市的实际社会经济状况出发,做好地下空间总体规划;一般城市宜以地铁网络为骨架,以交通站点为枢纽,以中心区为主体,综合部署,有序开发,最终形成科学合理、可持续发展的城市地下空间体系。With the rapid growth of its development, China urban underground space system is improving constantly. However, there are still some problems of its development and utilization to be solved. Based on the survey and analysis of a city＇s underground space current situation, we point out problems such as developing separately with no planning and utilizing with single function. Then borrowing ideas from the development and utilization of underground space at home and abroad, we put forward some fundamental assumption on how to develop and utilize underground space in three aspects on the basis of the city＇s social and economic development,. Finally we draw a general conclusion that urban underground space should be developed and utilized with good terrain, and overall planning should be based on city＇s socio-economic actual situation. Taking subway network as a city＇s framework, subway station as transport hub, central district as main body, we should arrange synthetically, develop orderly, and eventually forms a reasonable and sustainable urban underground space system.
