益肾开窍冲剂的研制和治疗神经性耳聋耳鸣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的根据中医肾开窍于耳的理论，自制益肾开窍冲剂治疗神经性耳聋、耳鸣。方法以中草药为原料，研制出益肾开窍冲剂，应用于临床。治疗组３１２例，对照组３１例采用通窍耳聋丸，均治疗２个疗程观察疗效，同时经河北医科大学药理教研室行药理、药效学实验。结果总有效率治疗组７９·８％，对照组２５．８％，治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。经药效学实验证明，益肾开窍冲剂具有①改善微循环，②改善脑缺氧，③镇静，④无毒副作用。结论益肾开窍冲剂，治疗神经性耳聋、耳鸣，疗效确切。Obective According to the traditional chinese medical theory that the decline of kidney function can cause hearing problems but by inforcing the kidney function can make is resuscitation, Yishen Kaiqiao instant granule was made here to treat nervous deafness and tinnitus. Methods By using Yishen Kaiqiao Instant granule which was consisted of traditional chinese medical herbs to treat 312 cases of nervous deafness as treatment group, in control group (n- 31) by using Tongqiao Erlong pill instead of it, the two groups were all taken them two treating courses in order to obsere clinical effectiveness. At the same time, pharmaceutical experiment were done by the Pharmaceutic teach and research section of Hebei Medical University. Results The total effective rate (80%) was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group (20% ) (P< 0. 01). It had been demonstrated that Yishen Kaiqiao Instant granule has following effects: 1. improving body microcirculation; 2. improving cerebral anoxia; 3. sedation effect; 4. there was no any toxic side -effect. Conclusion Yishen Kaiqiao instant granuleis effective for nervous deafness and tinnitus.
