食道心房调搏终止妊娠期阵发性室上性心动过速临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨床旁经食道心房调搏终止妊娠期阵发性室上性心动过速（PSVT）的疗效及安全性。方法观察本院2005年1月~2012年12月住院及急诊采用食道心房调搏治疗的27例妊娠期合并PSVT患者的有效率及安全性。结果27例患者全部予食道心房调搏成功复律，母、胎安全，无明显的不良反应。结论食道心房调搏终止妊娠期PSVT高效、安全、无毒副作用，值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the transesophageal atrial pacing（TEAP） in termination of pregnancy paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia（PSVT）. Methods To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of transesophageal atrial pacing treatment in 27 cases of pregnant women with PSVT from 2005 to 2012. Results 27 patients of all PSVT were terminated by TEAP successfully, cardioversion rate of 100.0%, both mothers and fetus were saved, without any significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Due to the clinical efficacy and safety of TEAP terminating pregnancy PSVT, and without any significant adverse reactions, TEAP should be widely applied.
