摘　　要：目的：探讨多发骨关节损伤合并骨盆骨折围手术期的护理体会。方法选取本院2012年2月~2013年10月72例多发骨关节损伤合并骨盆骨折手术患者，分为研究组与对照组，对照组在治疗过程中应用常规护理方法，研究组则在此基础上应用围手术期护理方法，分析两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者满意度，依从性，舒适性均明显优于对照组，且不良反应低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论多发骨关节损伤合并骨盆骨折患者围手术期实施合理护理能够提高手术成功率，确保患者及时康复。Objective To explore the nursing experience multiple bone joint injury associated with pelvic fractures in peri operation period. Methods From February 2012 to October 2013, 72 cases of operation patients with multiple bone and joint injury associated with pelvic fractures in our hospital were divided into study group and control group, the control group in the treatment process in the application of the routine nursing care, the study group is based on the application of nursing in the peri operation period method, analysis of the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results Patient satisfaction, compliance, comfort of the study group were significantly better than the control group, and the adverse reaction was lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Reasonable nursing can improve the success rate of operation patients in peri operation period of multiple bone and joint injury associated with pelvic fracture patients, ensure timely rehabilitation.
