低分子肝素钙配合医用弹力袜预防髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的研究

摘　　要：目的观察低分子肝素钙配合医用弹力袜用于预防髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法将52例人工髋关节置换患者随机分为对照组和实验组,在常规功能锻炼基础上,对照组使用低分子肝素钙,实验组使用低分子肝素钙配合医用弹力袜。结果实验组DVT的发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙加医用弹力袜对髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果好。Objective To observe effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with medical compression stockings in prevention of deep venous thrombosis after hip replacement. Methods To randomly divide 52 cases of hip replacement patients into control group and experimental group in the regular functional exercise, based on the use of low molecular weight heparin control group, the experimental group using low molecular weight heparin with medical elastic stockings. Results The incidence of DVT than the control group, with a statistically significant difference （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion There is a good effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with medical compression stockings in prevention of deep venous thrombosis after hip arthroplasty.
