摘　　要：整理近年痛经实验相关文献,以激素、血管舒张、氧化、离子浓度为切入点,筛选与原发性痛经相关的疼痛因子,并将其中有关联性的因子组合,探讨其对原发性痛经的影响以及相互之间的关性作用,以期为后续的实验研究提供新的思路与方法。Finishing the experimental literature related to dysmenorrhea in recent years, taking hormones, vasodila- tion,oxidation and ion concentration as the breakthrough points, this article screened the pain related factors of primary dysmenorrhea and combined with the associated factors to make a preliminary investigation on the effect and association of primary dysmenorrhea, which was expected to provide new ideas and methods for the experimental research.
