摘 要:目的:探讨中医食疗对痰湿体质高脂血症患者血脂和体质改变的影响。方法:采用随机对照试验,按照纳入标准在社区选取12名痰湿体质高脂血症患者,用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各6例;试验组在常规社区护理的基础上,采用中医食疗法,对照组采用常规社区护理,干预时间为4周。干预前后评价病人TC、TG、HDL、LDL、体重、腹围、BMI以及痰湿体质表现变化。结果:试验组患者痰湿体质改善,血脂指标、体重、腹围、BMI均下降;其中TC干预后两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)以及试验组干预前后TC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医食疗不仅可以调整患者血脂,而且可以改善患者体质。Objective:To probe into the effect of dietary therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in changing of lipids and constitution of patients of phlegm - damp constitution. Method : This study adopted randomized controlled trials. A total of 12 hyperlipidemia patients of phlegm - damp constitution were selected according to then enrollment criteria and were divided into the intervention group and the control group of 6 in each. Patients of the intervention group were given TCM dietary therapy and the control group was the blank control for 4 weeks. Patients'lipids were measured and symptoms of patient of phlegm - damp constitution were evaluated before and after intervention. Results : Patients of phlegm - damp constitution in the intervention group were improved significantly after intervention. The patients' weigh, abdominal circumference, BMI and lipids were lowered. There was statistical difference in terms of TC between the intervention group and the control group and in the intervention group before and after intervention (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: TCM dietary therapy could lower lipids and regulate phlegm - damp constitution of hyperlipidemia patients.
