五紫三黄方对激素依赖性哮喘小鼠模型支气管和肺组织形态学的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:复制小鼠哮喘模型,并进行激素干预治疗来制作激素依赖性哮喘小鼠模型,在撤减激素过程中,以五紫三黄方干预治疗,观察其对激素依赖性哮喘小鼠模型支气管和肺组织形态学的影响。方法:小鼠雌雄各半共120只,随机分为:空白组、模型组、泼尼松对照组、五紫三黄方低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组20只。利用卵蛋白(OVA)复制小鼠哮喘模型,并进行激素干预治疗来制作激素依赖性哮喘小鼠模型,在撤减激素过程中,以五紫三黄方干预治疗,观察小鼠模型支气管和肺组织形态学的影响。结果:五紫三黄方不仅能明显减轻小鼠激素依赖性哮喘气道炎性细胞的浸润,而且能明显改善小鼠哮喘气道的重塑。Objective：To duplicate the asthma model in mice and make the hormone - dependent asthma model with hormone intervention treatment and do the intervention treatments with Wuzi Sanhuang Formula in the process of subtract hormone. And then to observe the changes of bronchus and lung tissue in morphology. Methods ： One hundred and twenty rats （ half male and half female） were randomized into six groups （ blank group, model group, prednisone group, Wuzi Sanhuang Formula low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group, n = 20 ）. The asthma model in mice was duplicated with egg protein （OVA） and the hormone dependent asthma model was made with hormone intervention treatment. In the process of subtract hormone, the intervention treatment with Wuzi Sanhuang Formula was given. And the changes of bronchus and lung tissue in morphology were observed. Conclusion：Wuzi Sanhuang Formula can not only reduce infiltration of inflammatory cells in the airway of hormone - dependent asthma models, but also improve the airway remodeling of asthma in mice obviously.
