摘 要:目的:探讨正常高值血压人群中医体质分型,并研究不同体质类型与血管紧张素转换酶(Blood vessel tense element transformation enzyme ACE)基因多态性分布的相关性。方法:采用调查表方式,对通过随机方法入选的120例正常高值血压人群进行中医体质分类,设正常血压值对照组。观察正常高值血压人群中医体质分型特点。中医体质分型确定后运用PCR-RFLP技术检测2组人群血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性。分析血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与体质的相关性。结果:正常高值血压人群主要中医体质类型为平和型、气虚型、阴虚型,占正常高值血压人群比例分别为23%、22%、25%,与对照组比较有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常高值血压组血管紧张素转换酶基因分布特点与正常血压值对照组比较无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但正常高值血压组中不同中医体质组别两两比较的血管紧张素转换酶基因分布频率存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正常高值血压人群中医体质类型有其独特表现。血管紧张素转换酶基因分布与体质相关。Objective:To study the high value of blood pressure of normal crowd of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) constitution types, and different constitution types and angiotensin converting enzyme ( blood vessel tense element transformation enzyme ACE) gene polymorphism distribution of correlation. Methods:Using questionnaire way, we randomly selected 120 cases of normal blood pressure with high value people for TCM constitution classification and a normal blood pressure value of the control group. We observed high normal blood pressure values crowd of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification characteristics. The traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification was determined by using PCR - RFLP technique test 2 groups'angiotensin converting enzyme gene polymorphism. Analysis of angiotensin convetting enzyme gene polymorphism and constitution of correlation was carried out. Results : The normal blood pressure with high value people's main TCM constitution types are peace, qi deficiency, Yin deficiency type, accounting for 23 %, 22% and 25% respectively. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05 ). Normal blood pressure with high value set of angiotensin converting enzyme gene distribution characteristics compared with normal blood pressure values in the control group had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). But normal blood pressure with high value in different Chinese medicine physique group distributions of angiotensin converting enzyme gene frequency had differences ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Normal values of blood pressure constitution types of TCM have its unique performance. Angiotensin converting enzyme gene is associated with physical distribution.
