摘 要:目的:制备姜黄素微丸。方法采用离心造粒以粉末层积法制备姜黄素微丸,以微丸粒度分布、休止角、堆密度和脆碎度等为指标,考察处方及工艺因素对微丸性能的影响。结果:最优处方与工艺参数:5%HPMC(5cps)水溶液为黏合剂,主机转速120r/min,喷浆转速15r/min,喷气压力0.3MPa,喷枪距微丸10cm,供粉速度8~10r/min。结论:制备的姜黄素微丸表面光滑,圆整度高,18~24目姜黄素微丸收率92.6%,30min时体外溶出率大于90%。Objective :To prepare the curcumin pellets. Methods :The centrifugal granulation and powder layering techniques were applied to prepare the curcumin pellets. We studied the influencing factors of prescription and process on the properties of the pellets based on the index of particle size distribution, angle of repose, bulk density and friability. Results : The optimal formulation and process parameters :5 % HPMC (5 cps) water blend as adhesive, 120 r/min as engine speed,15 r/min as Spraying speed,0.3 MPa as Jet pressure. The distance between gun and pellets was 10 cm,8 - 10 r/ min as the powder supply rate. Conclusion : Curcumin pellets prepared by using centrifugal granulator have possessed prefect shape and surface characteristics. The yield of mesh of 18 - 24 was 92.6% and the dissolution rate was more than 90% within 45 min.
