摘　　要：目的:探讨益气解毒方对卡介苗(BCG)联合脂多糖(LPS)所致小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型的保护作用。方法:采用尾静脉注射卡介苗(BCG)加脂多糖(LPS)建立小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,观察益气解毒方对小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及小鼠肝组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平的影响,并观察肝组织病理学改变。结果:益气解毒方能降低肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT、AST的水平,并能使肝组织匀浆中SOD、GSH-PX活性升高。病理检查结果显示可减轻肝组织坏死范围及程度,减少炎细胞浸润。结论:益气解毒方对BCG联合LPS诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective ： To investigate the protective effects of Yiqi Jiedu Formula on immunological liver injury in mice induced by Bacillus Calmette -Guerin （BCG） and lipopolysaccharide （LPS）. Methods：By tail vein injection of Bacillus Calmette Guerin （BCG） plus lipopolysaccharide （LPS） to induce immunological liver injury in mice, the research observed the effect of Yiqi Jiedu Formula serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST） activity and mouse liver homogenates of superoxide dismutase （SOD） , glutathione peroxidase （ GSH - PX） levels of liver injury mice, and the pathological changes in liver tissue was also observed. Results：Yiqi Jiedu Formula can reduce the serum ALT, AST levels of immunological liver injury mice, reduce the liver homogenate SOD, and increase the activity of GSH - PX. The pathological examination results showed that Yiqi Jiedu Formula can reduce the area and extent of necrosis of liver tissue as well as reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells. Conclusion ： Yiqi Jiedu Formula has markedly protective effect on immunological liver injury in mice induced by BCG and LPS.
