滋肾平肝、活血化痰法对高血压病(早期)肾损害相关指标影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滋肾平肝、活血化痰法治疗早期高血压肾损害的临床疗效。方法:60例早期高血压肾损害患者随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组各30例,两组均予西药降压治疗,治疗组加服中药以滋肾平肝、活血化痰,治疗4周后评价疗效。结果:两组均能显著降低血压水平(P<0.01),组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);夜尿次数比较:对照组治疗后夜尿次数较治疗前有所减少,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组较治疗前显著减少(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01);尿微量白蛋白(MALB)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-Mg)、血胱抑素C(CysC)比较:对照组上述指标均较治疗前下降、但无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后上述指标较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)且与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:滋肾平肝、活血化痰法治疗早期高血压肾损害疗效满意。Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of nourishing kidney and tranquillizing liver as well as activating blood and dissipating phlegm on patients who suffered from the early stage of hypertensive renal damage （HRD）. Methods ：60 patients with early stage HRD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,30 cases for each group. Two groups were treated with anti - hypertensive drugs. The treatment group added traditional Chinese herbs of nourishing kidney and tranquillizing liver as well as activating blood and dissipating phlegm for four weeks. Results：After treatment,the blood pressure of patients in two groups were all lowed obviously （P 〈 0.01 ） and there was no difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The frequency of nocturnal in treatment group was decreased significantly than that before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ） and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. After the treatment, the levels of uric micro - albumin （ mAlb）, 62 - mieroglobulin （ 62 - MG） and eystatin - e （ CysC ） in both groups were all declined, but more obvious in the treatment group and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Chinese herbs of nourishing kidney, tranquillizing liver, activating blood and dissipating phlegm had the beneficial effect on early stage HRD.
