止血类中药的模糊聚类分析

摘　　要：目的:对止血药进行分类。方法:采用SPSS 13.0统计软件包建立数据库,收录23味具有止血作用的常用中药的性、味、归经及功效,并将其作为反映分类特征的变量,以药物名称作为变量,进行分层聚类分析。结果:将止血药分为4类时,第1类为大蓟、小蓟和苎麻根等中药;第2类为地榆、槐花和侧柏叶等中药;第3类为白及、仙鹤草和紫珠等中药;第4类为炮姜、艾叶和灶心土等中药;分为5类时,第3类中的白及、血余炭和藕节等药物因其收敛作用较强而被归为5类;当分为6类时,第3类的刺猬皮因其固涩作用而被归为第6类。结论:运用聚类分析法,能较好地将不同类别却有相同功效的药物归类,并根据这一类药物作用趋势的不同分类。Objective ： To classify the Chinese herbs for hemostatic effect. Methods ： The database of 23 commonly - used hemostatic herbs was established by SPSS 13.0 software package and the nature, tastes, meridian attributions and actions of the herbs were collected as variables showing the characteristics of classification and the names of the herbs served as variables for measurement to proceed Q Cluster in Hierarchical Cluster. Results：I-Iemostatic Chinese herbs can be divided into four categories ： the first class included Japanese Thistle Herb, Herba Cirsii and Boehmeria Nivea Roots ; the second class included Radix Sanguisorbae, Flos Sophorae and Cacnmen Platycladi;the third class included Rhizoma Bletillae, Agrimonia Pilosa Ledeb and Callicarpa;the fourth class included Rhizoma Zingberis Preparata, Folium Artemisiae Argyi and Zaoxitu. The hemostatic Chinese herbs also can be divided into five categories：Rhizoma Bletilla, Crinis Carbonisatus and Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis because of their strong convergence effect were divided into the fifth category. When the hemostatic Chinese herbs were divided into six categories ： Corium Erinacei was divided into the 6 category based on its astringent role. Conclusion ： Fuzzy grouping analysis can be applied to classify the herbs of different kinds yet with the same efficacy and to classify the same group of herbs according to their drug actions.
