新型半环形外固定支架治疗胫骨骨不连的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察新型半环形外固定支架治疗胫骨骨不连的临床效果。方法将2003年1月～2012年12月在我科治疗的32例胫骨骨不连患者行骨不连断端处理、直接对合、植骨重建后，应用骨圆针及锥形螺纹钉加压固定骨折段。结果32例患者随访1～9年，平均3．5年，均骨性愈合，时间3～7个月，平均4个月，根据盂氏评定标准，优良率分别是75．0％、18．7％。结论新型半环形外固定支架具有固定确实可靠、软组织损伤少、操作简单的优点，能促进胫骨骨不连愈合及关节功能恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effects of new type of semi-circular external fixator in the treatment of tibial bone nonunion. Methods From January 2003 to December 2012,thirty-two patients with tibial bone nonunion were treated in our department, direct connection of broken ends, reconstruction of grafted bone ,application round bone needles and taper thread screw compression fracture fixation. Results Thirty-two patients were followed up for 1-9 years with an average of three and half years, all the fractures were united from 3 to 7 months after operation, the mean time was 4 months ,the excellent and good rates were 75.0% and 18.7% respectively according to the Meng＇s standard. Conclusion The new type of semi-circular external fixator has ascendancy such as reliable fixation,less injury of soft tissue ,easy operation, which was helpful for tibial bone nonunion healing and joint function.
