消脂清肝合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消脂清肝合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将2012年10月～2013年7月在我院肝病门诊收治的112例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例。治疗组予口服消脂清肝合剂．对照组予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊，疗程均为12周，观察两组患者治疗后的总有效率、肝脏B超改善情况、肝功能、血脂等指标的变化情况。结果两组治疗后肝功能指标丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）和血脂指标总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）均较治疗前明显下降，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）明显升高，胰岛素抵抗指数（IR）明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；与对照组比较，治疗组治疗后IR、TG下降显著，HDL-C上升明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。肝脏B超显示，治疗组治疗后脂肪肝清除率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；且治疗组总有效率也明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论消脂清肝合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Xiaozhiqinggan mixture in treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods A total of 112 patients of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease visiting our hospital from Octomber 2012 to July 2013 were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly, 56 patients in each group. For the treatment group, Xiaozhiqinggan mixture was administrated orally while for the control group were given polyene phosphatidyl choline capsule for 12 weeks. After treatment, the total effective rate, improvement of liver under B ultrasonic, liver function, and blood lipid were observed. Results In both groups, the liver function indices including ALT, AST, TC and TG were significantly declined than prior treatment, HDL-C was significantly enhanced, and IR was evidently decreased. All these differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Compared with the control group, the IR and TG of the patients in treatment group were significantly declined, and HDL-C was obviously enhanced, both with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. According to the B ultrasonic of liver, the clearance ratio of fatty liver in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the total effective rate in the treatment group was also significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaozhiqinggan mixture is significantly effective in treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and should be further promoted.
